# Auto complete / add all ingredients in one recipe stage when brewing using the brewsheet

To save time and frustration when building a new recipe, is it possible to add multiple ingredients at each stage (eg mashing - adding all different grains at once instead of having to add several separately)

I feel this would save so much time

First of all, Happy New Year!

Thanks for the great suggestion Neil, I can see how this would save time. We’ve got a number of other recipe improvements coming soon which should help save time when inputting recipes.

It would be helpful if there was a way to “Complete All Actions” on a Stage by Stage basis instead of clicking on the “Complete” box for each action. And if inventory needs to be allocated, it would auto-allocate it as part of the process.

I know this is an old post, but it is worth refreshing and could be an easy fix.

Within the recipe/brew sheet, there are upward of 30+ individual actions for each ingredient or step. Having to mark each of these is extremely time consuming. A quick solution would be to attach a “complete all” to the recipe _ **stage** _, in addition to the individual _ **action** _. This would function to toggle the slider for all items within that stage with one motion, rather than selecting every single ingredient individually.
