Is there a way to assign a default location for a customer? We have customers that only get products from one location and it would be nice if I dont have to manually assign for every order I create.

Welcome to the community!
You can in fact set a default location for the customer by going to your site in Settings > Sites & locations > click on the site. Then use the “Add customer” button at the top to assign the customer to this site. Once you have done this, it will automatically select this site when auto-assigning.
