When raising sales orders, you can search for products by their product number, however this feature doesn’t work when creating credit notes, only the product name is searched. I assumed this was a bug, so raised a support ticket, and was informed that they use different systems at the moment and was asked to raise a feature request instead. ---

Thanks for putting this forward, Callum. It’s a great suggestion, and I’m surprised it’s not been mentioned before! I’m pleased to confirm that you can now search for product codes when adding products to credit notes 🎉 ---
