# Allow 'dispatch' of collection orders again

We’ve hit a really frustrating issue with collection orders.

When a collection order comes in on b2c Shiopify store, it’s picked and a notification sent to customer. But there is no way of removing that beer from our stockholding, making stock checking very difficult. You used to be able to dispach an order but that option seems to have dissapeared. So now was are completing orders and the customers are getting a notification saying ‘your order has been collected’

Can you please add back the dispatch button on collection orders!

I’m pleased to confirm that we’ve added back the options to have Collection orders go through the Dispatch step again 🎉

There is still a Complete button for anyone who wants to complete both steps at once.
