# Allocate credit note in "delivery" mode

We would like our driver to be able to allocate or create a credit note for an account in the delivery section, rather than needing to go into the sales and customer section to create the credit note.

When viewing a delivery, you should be able to click on the customer’s name (on the left side of the page) and then click the “New” button in the top-right to pick the “New credit note” option.

Are you just looking for a button to raise a credit note from the delivery screen to save having to click through to the customer’s page first? Or did you need something else? Thanks.
