Everyone knows that fresh is king in our industry. Perfecting sales and production forecasts to decrease the age of stock at the time of sale is a major goal of ours (and most breweries, I think). It would be great if there was a report showing the product age at the time of sale so we could track the forecasting performance. Something to track the batches used in deliveries and calculate their age based on the remaining BB date would be perfect.
For us, we would consider this report operations critical.
