We have a campaign where customers ‘earn’ per case towards a bar tab. We would like for customers to be able to view their accrued amount/retro within their invoices. Also being able to assign which customers are on this retro vs those who aren’t ---

Thanks for the suggestion, Tom. How would Breww know their progress towards a bar tab? Is [One frees - cumulative retros/loyalty discount/scheme (e.g. get one free for every 10 purchased)](https://community.breww.com/t/one-frees-cumulative-retros-loyalty-discount-scheme-e-g-get-one-free-for-every-10-purchased/726) the sort of thing you’re looking for? If so, you should make sure to vote for that other thread as this one would be blocked behind that (step 1: implement retros, step 2: show their progress on the trade store). Cheers ---

Hi Luke, Thanks for the reply. Retros here is a great start but we want customers to accumulate an amount of money per case ordered to be used as a bar tab at our venue. - Hope this makes sense. Still a retro but slightly different. ---

I suppose it would require that your venue’s epos (?) talks to breww Or that your barstaff do… or something. Neat marketing idea tho’ 🙂 ---

Thanks guys. Are you offering trade customers (such as pubs) the ability to earn a bar tab to spend in your taproom? Or am I confusing trade vs consumers here? - How would Breww know that more bar tab has been “earned”? - How would Breww know that the bar tab has been spent? ---

Hi Luke, - We would want to accrue ‘£x’ per case ordered. This is a fixed amount assigned to any case of beer for corporate customers. - We would love to be able to manually restart the retro when it has been redeemed if this can be built? How would it best work on your end? ---

We could build a fairly simplistic credit accumulation feature of £x per case ordered. We would need to provide a way for this to be applied as a discount to an order in Breww (even though, by the sounds of it, you don’t need this), but otherwise, this would be a bit of a “dead-end” feature and not really make sense, other than in your specific use case where the credit is redeemed in a way unknown to Breww. And, of course, provide a way for you to “remove” the accumulated credit, as Breww wouldn’t know that you’d given it to them as a bar tab outside of Breww. Hopefully, this will pick up some votes so it can be prioritised, but in the meantime, I suggest using customer notes to keep track of these manually. I’ve adjusted the title to be clearer, which should help others to find this and vote for it. ---

Hi Luke, In our case it is more often a percentage of the order value, so not a fixed amount per case ordered. Hope this picks up. ---
