Is there already guidance somewhere on how the Accountancy account settings work?
We can set an account at both product and customer level - when an invoice is sent to the accounts software (our case Xero) which takes precedence?
Hi Lewis, Thanks for posting on the community! This is a good question. Essentially you decide which takes precedence in your Xero integration settings. When viewing your Xero configuration, on the settings page is a field for extra options, including the option to set which chart of accounts is prioritised if both are set (see screenshot below.).
