The Breww community is the best place for help and advice on using Breww, as long as the topic isn’t of a sensitive nature. The Breww team monitor these posts closely and can help you quickly… but sometimes the community of breweries using Breww have even better ideas than us, so ask publicly to get curated knowledge from the community!
Most Breww plans offer private support via “Support tickets” (available when logged into your Breww account). If your question is private you should use support tickets as they’re visible to just you and the Breww team. You can also choose to grant our team temporary access to your account data to help us resolve the issue, if needed. (Our team can’t access your account data without this being explicitly granted when creating a support ticket, and this access is only available for the time the support ticket is open.)
